Don was killed in a car accident sometime between 1968 and 1969. My wife and I had lived in the San Fernando Valley until 1968. We moved to La Habra during winter break of 1968. I remember reading about his accident before we moved to Dallas, Texas in the summer of 1969. Sorry I couldn't be more precise.
